Finally, a sourdough recipe that doesn't involve any resting time or kneading!
Once preheated, add some oil the the pizza stone.
Pour sourdough starter directly onto the pizza stone and spread to desired shape and thickness.
Remove from oven and drizzle with avocado oil, sea salt and italian seasonings.
Top with sauce, cheese and toppings
Note about sourdough: If you’re new to sourdough, you may be wondering what “fed starter” means. I’m sure I’ll make a post down the road all about the ins and outs of sourdough. For now, just know that a “fed starter” is made from an established sourdough starter that has been “fed” some flour and water and given time to ferment. Usually between 5 and 24 hours, depending on your house temperature and the time you have to spare.
