I’m Dacie, a former junk food junkie with a few years of experience with natural health and nutrition under my belt. My hope for this blog is to provide information about a healthy lifestyle including my recipes for food, cleaning products and natural remedy’s for anyone that has even the slightest interest in natural health.
For my recipe’s (and not just the food recipes) I always choose organic ingredients whenever possible. I’m not going to put the word “organic” in front of each ingredient because that would look silly. I plan to have a post soon about why we choose organic in our home. That being said, you do not have to use organic (although I recommend it 😉) for these recipes to taste and work the same.
My motto is “do the research and then do what’s best for you and your family.”
If you have researched the pro’s and con’s of organic food and have decided it’s not important for you to use, then by all means, do what you feel is best! But please do not just dismiss the option of organic without first looking into it.
